The Launch of Confident Girl Club

It’s safe to say we all have insecurities, specially when launching a new business idea and investing into something that we’re not sure will work.

I could have left it at Saturday morning book club, but I knew this could be more. Women in my community we’re requesting guidance with accountability, self development and confidence to be able to grow as a human in every aspect of life.

When I began hosting our women book club week after week, I noticed one thing we all lacked: accountability. When people show up for you and stay consistent you grow! But if no one shows up for you it’s easier to call it quits. WHY? Because it’s harder to fail when you’re expected to show up. If you go to the gym alone it’s easier to skip a day because YOU tell yourself it’s okay, but if you hire a trainer and you skip on the gym, not only did you fail yourself but you failed the receipient waiting on you. That applies to anything from working on projects, school team assignments and everything that applies to self-development.

Empowering individuals to become their better selves is pivotal in fostering personal growth and driving success.

Throughout my journey of launching a brand from scratch, I realized that by encouraging and supporting individuals to embrace their strengths, overcome limitations, and believe in their capabilities, the brand’s vision became more than a product or service—it became a catalyst for personal transformation.

The more I invested in empowering others to tap into their potential, the more it enriched not only the brand but also the lives of those involved, resulting in a shared journey of improvement and achievement.

Confident Girl Club will focus on self-development for women who need assistance with their goals, identifying their drive and overall executing their dreams. We stand together for self-improvement to become the best BOSS girl in anything we choose to do!
